We are leasing a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex at 5015 Oleander Drive.  The property is located in a quiet location off Capital Circle Southwest and near the Tallahassee Airport, Apalachee Parkway, and the FSU and FAMU campuses.  The duplex is also a short drive into Wakulla County via Highway 319.

Family room and bedrooms have wood flooring and ceiling fans. Kitchen has stove and fridge and ceramic tile flooring.  Full bath has tub/shower with ceramic tile flooring.  Washer/dryer connections in covered outdoor laundry room on back patio. Landlord provides lawn care, pest control and maintenance. Tenants responsible for utilities and internet. 

Rent $850 per month. Security deposit $850. Available March 15, 2025.  We require three times the annual rent rate to meet the minimum financial qualifications. 

Strict no pet and no smoking policy.

Required, non-refundable $35 rental application fee and $45 national background screening fee.  Rental histories must be clear of  evictions, broken leases and outstanding balances. Backgrounds must be clear of criminal charges. And a credit score of 600 or higher is required.
