• Backgrounds must be clear of criminal history, evictions/broken leases/outstanding balances, and a credit score of 600 or higher is required.
• We require three times the annual rent amount to meet the minimum financial qualifications, meaning the applicant/s must earn an income of at least $47,000 per year to qualify, either individually or combined.
